Payments & Billing

Secure Online Payments: After each session, payments are processed through a secure online system. We accept major credit cards, debit, and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).

Streamlined Online Payments: To ensure a seamless therapy experience, clients receiving more than one session are required to place a credit or debit card on file for automatic payments after each session – this ensures no interruption to your therapy journey. Should you need to change your payment method, simply notify us, and we’ll update your details accordingly.

Appointment-Only Sessions: All sessions must be booked in advance.

Duration & Customization: Standard sessions last 50 minutes. For those seeking rapid relief or intensive therapy, we offer extended or more frequent sessions. Contact us to customize your therapy experience.

Pricing for Extended Sessions: Longer sessions are available and are charged at a prorated rate according to our standard fees.

Changes in Rates: Please understand that our rates are subject to change annually. We recommend contacting us for the most current information. Note that insurance does not cover preventative support, coaching, or other wellness services.

Insurance | California Residents Only

We understand how complex insurance company’s policies can be, so it is important to us to make it as simple and easy as possible.  We provide support and work directly with your insurance, both in and out-of-network.

We currently are in-network with Aetna and Optum – this is subject to change. To determine if you have mental health coverage through your insurance carrier, please contact us and we will verify with your insurance.

We have partnered with Mentaya to help you save money on therapy. If you have out-of-network benefits, Mentaya will handle everything with insurance to ensure you get your money back. They charge $5 or a 5% fee per claim and have helped people get thousands of dollars back per year.

It’s EASY. You can sign up here:

You are welcome to file your own claims! We can provide an invoice (a Superbill) at the end of each session/month that you can submit to your health insurance for reimbursement! We provide out-of-network coverage for most major insurances. Some major PPO insurances include BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELDCIGNA, and UNITED HEALTHCARE.

Many people are unaware they have “out-of-network” benefits included in their benefit plan.

Please note: Insurance – both in-network and out-of-network – is for therapy services in California ONLY. Additionally, to qualify for reimbursement, insurance companies require that a therapist provide a diagnosis for the patient that gets documented on the invoice/superbill. Without a documented and confirmed diagnosis, your services are not eligible for reimbursement. Your presenting issue must meet certain criteria to qualify for a diagnosis and, thus, qualify for possible reimbursement. If your presenting issue does not meet the criteria for a diagnosis, you will not receive one, which may impact your eligibility for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider for information about out-of-network benefits and reimbursement.
